The Body Type Analysis
The foundational piece of designing your diet and lifestyle is your body type.
Begin the journey of self awareness.
You might be used to the labels of Vata, Pitta, Kapha. The theory in Ayurveda is that we have an inherent unchangeable body type called Prakruti and the variation from this body type (or dis-ease) called Vikruti. You may have done online tests before giving you a fixed label idea of a body type. I am challenging this idea on the premise that your perception will change over time, and through experience. This program offers a way of mindfulness in considering what your inherent nature is via a dynamic approach - you learn how to think from an Ayurvedic perspective. This is the basis of self empowerment.
To know yourself takes time. What does Vata, Pitta, Kapha mean to YOU? How does it manifest for you personally? This is something that needs to be discovered. As your habits refine, so does your opinion of yourself.
Once you have started the self discovery journey, there are other programs on offer, from a creative angle, that will help you to manifest the positive aspects of your personality. I encourage the discovery of Self through the arts, music, design and philosophical self reflection.
It is a reflective workbook that explains some of the basic philosophy, inspiration to want to know how your nature functions, and reflective questions on different aspects of your nature to get you thinking on which aspect of Ayurveda you most align with. My desire is to inspire your imagination as you create your story within the Ayurvedic framework and create a life that is sustainable in the way only you know how.

- A basic understanding of how the elements break down into the doshas - Vata, Pitta, Kapha - addressed from a modern creative angle.
- Practise in the art of comparison in terms of how you assess yourself and learning objectivity in viewing others in the same light.
- Basic tests with post reflective considerations leading to a final assessment.
