Your inherent constitution (or Body Type) is subject to change. It’s the human journey to be affected by the change in season, change in relationship, change in age over the course of our life. We are therefore subject to variations from our state of balance - also known commonly as dis-ease.

Ayurveda believes there are 6 stages of disease, the first being the digestive system, and believes that if you can self assess imbalances as early as possible, they become easy to rectify before the trajectory gets stronger and more difficult. Basically the more practised we become at observing ourselves, the easier we can get back to balance. We notice when we feel “off” sooner and therefore we can act on making changes sooner.

What you can expect from both e-workbooks -

  • A basic understanding of the functions and how they work from an Ayurvedic perspective.

  • A worksheet to follow for 5 days for each of the 6 functions and assess the results by Ayurvedic dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha)
