Brr Winter blues here in Melbourne town. I've started wearing a Vata calming essential oil as a perfume on my chest, neck and under my arm pits over the top of a light covering of oil to dilute it's effects on the skin.
It's an especially good trick when doing downward dog during yoga class. My body is warmed, the oils have heated up and I get an extra boost of dosha calming smells when in session.
