Day 6 - No complaining challenge

TIP - The difference between complaining and observing contrast in that which suits you, is the emotion behind it and the willingness to change. It is easier to deal with the emotion part as a separation adventure via yoga, Ayurvedic routines and other such balancing acts. It's easier, for instance, to do breath work than to 'stop complaining'.
