Wild horses

"One might as well try to ride two horses moving in different directions, as to try to maintain in equal force two opposing or contradictory sets of desires." Robert Collier

I saw this and laughed. That's what doshas are/do - they oppose each other so welcome to the world of Ayurveda, the world of balance, where we find a sweet spot in the world of opposing forces.

I see the process as two steps -

1. Individualise your doshas as free standing and get to know them well -  how they play out for you, which season they play out the most, which qualities within the dosha are the most prominent.

2. Find the relationships between the doshas. Which one pulls and tugs or stops the flow of the other. This usually requires the skill set of a practitioner or a few seasons observing yourself well.

As an overall perspective, keep in this mind when going through the above process - which qualities can be helpful in your living your dream/bliss/joy. What stops it?
