I truly admire creatives and noticed that one of their principles is working with the least amount of elements to create the necessary impact - essentially less is more.
A well cut garment. A simple logo.
Don't you find it interesting that those principles haven't made it to our way of eating. There is an impression that we need to consume the whole fruit and veggie aisle (shove it in a smoothie for convenience) to be well.
The real culprit is overeating - Ayurveda is on board with the new design agenda.
