In my early days I used to eat McDonalds after a night of drinking. I knew it wasn't good for me, but I didn't feel it enough, and so it only took the truth liberating actions of alcohol to release the beast on a night out.
I wanted to be that healthy person, but it was forced.
Fast forward moons later and take out is not appealing. It extends to most purchased food, but not all. Occasionally I come across a gem.
I include conversation, or spoken word, in that analysis. Have you noticed that certain conversations feel like food? and others' like you just ate Mc Donalds?
So what is quality for you? Can you look back over your time and observe where you've refined?
Refinement can be an opportunity to divert the trajectory of your disease/karmic path.
