Neurosis and breath

Make sure to complete your yoga pose to it's calm, complete exhale. You might also find it easier to move into position on an exhale or a breath that has paused.
This is a good way to reduce Vata dosha.
Or you can create a Vata pacifying life that feels safe and grounded, which in turn will naturally slow the breath.
Doing both is a strong force between the mind and body.
